What is Fireless Kitchen?

Stepping out of the mould, Singapore's first "Fireless Kitchen" serves up affordable, hearty, and healthy food that are prepared without the use of open flames. 


Primarily using sous vide cooking techniques, ingredients are vacuum sealed and cooked in a water bath at accurately regulated temperatures to deliver consistently tasty, juicy and nutritious meals.

has over 17 years of culinary experience, helming the kitchens

of international 5-star hotels around the world, and aims to bring his vision of providing high quality food centered around a healthy and sustainable lifestyle, at reasonable prices to his valued customers.
